I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from National University of Singapore (NUS). I also obtained an M.A. in Economics from The University of Hong Kong, as well as a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Biology from Xiamen University.  

My current research centers on empirical IO, platform economy, applied micro, and AI, including topics such as platform and seller pricing strategies, externalities of consumer reviews, AI integration, human-AI interaction, and algorithm learning using customer data. I try to understand how different platform designs and strategies, as well as AI technology, impact market efficiency, competition, and user welfare.
